Welcome to Broxtowe Ramblers Website. We're part of the Ramblers, the charity that helps everyone, everywhere enjoy walking. We're dedicated to looking after paths, leading walks and encouraging everyone to get outside and discover how walking boosts your health and your happiness.
The Broxtowe area of Nottinghamshire includes Attenborough, Beeston, Chilwell, Cossall, Eastwood, Greasley, Kimberley, Nuthall, Stapleford, Toton, Trowell and Watnall.
We have a regular walks programme with walks on Wednesdays and Sundays; these walks vary between 4-5 miles and 8-9 miles on Wednesdays with longer walks of 8-10 miles on Sundays. There is often a choice of walks on Wednesdays, all walks are led by volunteers. Leaders details are given in the walk details in the programme - just click on the Walks tab then walk programme. There is no need to book but please choose a shorter walk if you are new to walking.
There are also coach trips and other social activities.

The Attenborough footpaths crossing the railtrack - good news on this! There has been a reprieve - Network Rail appear to have had a re-think and safety will be improved.
